This is the base coating.It can be widely used in furniture,metal door and any other metal products with big flat surface.It has a perfect performance effective decoration.

Glossiness:high -gloss(above 90%),semi-gloss(50-90%),flat gloss(15-50%),no gloss(below 15%).

Density;1.3-1.8g/cm3

Average coating rate:Smooth surface:10-12 square meter/kg,film thickness 60um(calculated according to 100% consuming of powder coating)

Curing condition:190°c/15min.

Storage and shipment

*Stored in ventilated,dry and clean place

*Temperature below 28°c

*Keep it away from fire,heat and directly sunlight.

*Outdoor stacking is prohibited.

Note:

Avoid inbreathing dust when using the products though the powder coating are nontoxic.

The operations are suggested to wear protective glassed and respirators.Avoid long-term skin touch with the powder of possible.
